3-Year Warranty on All HBADA Chairs

All HBADA chairs come with a 3-year warranty, and for any verified quality issue, HBADA provides fast replacement parts instead of requiring returns or repairs, so you can get back to sitting comfortably with minimal hassle.

1. Warranty Coverage

HBADA warrants that its ergonomic and gaming chairs are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for three (3) years from the date of delivery.

When a covered issue occurs, HBADA will prioritize sending replacement parts to resolve the problem quickly and conveniently.

 

2. What We Do to Help (Parts-Replacement Promise)

Instead of asking customers to return or repair an entire chair, HBADA will:

  • Diagnose the issue remotely based on photos or videos
  • Ship replacement parts at no cost for confirmed quality defects
  • Provide clear installation guidance if needed

This approach minimizes downtime, avoids unnecessary returns, and delivers a smoother after-sales experience.

3. What the Warranty Covers

The HBADA warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural or mechanical failures under normal use

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
